David B. Crevier – Retired

Dave is retired after a successful career as an AV rated attorney, whose complex litigation practice included insurance coverage and sales practices, employee benefits law, contract, employment, media and other business litigation. He has been lead counsel in complex litigation in federal and state courts and administrative proceedings in Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York. In addition, he advised numerous businesses, including manufacturers, contractors, physicians, hospitals, insurers, and health maintenance organizations by providing general advice and contract drafting/review. Dave also acted as lead regional counsel to a number of television stations in Western Massachusetts and Connecticut on whose behalf he provided libel defense and prepublication review.
