Rebecca A. Moran

Rebecca represents borrowers, lenders, developers, investors and homeowners in a variety of residential and commercial real estate issues. She has extensive experience in the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential real estate, commercial lending, and commercial and residential leasing. In addition, Rebecca regularly handles residential workouts and short sales. She also works with business clients on business formation, stock purchases and mergers and acquisitions. Finally, she is adept at handling matters for fiduciaries of probate estates and beneficiaries engaged in the probate and distribution of estate assets.
